Brand new. Rooms are quite clean. However, I walked by the same spills in front lobby for 2.5 days while I was there. Nicest hotel in town. Friendly staff also.

Not a great first impression, hotel staff were having a smoke break within 5 feet of the front entrance. Beyond that, great stay. Clean room with a good view.
