I am from Europe and tried to buy some lumber and stuff to build a frame for my solar panel.The guy on the desk was very very rud. He was following me through the whole store because Im opened a cardboard box to measure. Never go there again !!

In 15 years or construction all across ontario , this is by far the worst building center i have ever been to. The staff at the order desk were rude and treated me like i was bothering them by buying pine. The staff need training not only with regards to customer service but also general stock knowlege. I have never dealt with staff as clueless regarding standerd lumber grades ... this is the 3rd strike. Will not be going back and will recommend shopping elsewhere to any of my clients
