My personal experience with French Family Funeral Home extends back to 2013 as I was looking to replace a family tombstone on my grandfather's grave because the original stone purchased in 1977 during the Symington era contained a spelling mistake. Glen French worked with me to craft and design a new stone which captures not just the essence of our family culture but also provides us with a genealogical layout which will make it easier for future generations of my family to trace back their family origins. Recently , my grandmother passed away (2017) and the process of funeral preparation was simplified by the French Funeral Team. The funeral planning from the public viewing, service and final burial was well explained and executed with the highest degree of professionalism and sensitivity. As a person may lack clarity of thought during the time of loss, the staff members at French Family Funeral the took the time to discuss the grieving stages and help clarify critical points in the "post funeral" process that alleviated the pressures of dealing with both the emotional loss of a loved one and the financial considerations for those left behind. I commend the French Family Funeral Team for their attention to the little details that matter during one of the most emotionally weighing moments that a decision maker / mourner will ever have to endure.
